The job supports a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with six 8-hour shifts per week. You will start as a Utility Worker, supporting machinery operations and taking on duties across Dryer Feeder, Dryer Grader, or LUL Patcher roles

Qualifications

• This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with regular overtime.
• Physical ability to stand, push, pull, twist, bend, stoop, and lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Competence in basic technology to operate machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support dryers in the veneer production line to maintain max capacity.
• Assist with patching, grading, and handling veneers as part of the production process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
