Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Shift Operations Manager in Plover, WI to direct and coordinate utility operations under plant leadership.

You will ensure reliable utility system operation, safety, quality, and cost objectives while leading utility staff and coordinating with contractors. The role requires a 4-year degree (Agriculture/Business) and 3–5 years of experience, with emphasis on safety, GMPs, and lean practices.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Agriculture or Business with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety requirements, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise utility employees to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant utility systems.
• Oversee boilers, compressed air, water and wastewater systems, HVAC, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor utility performance to support uninterrupted plant production.
• Coordinate utility operations with processing seasons and maintenance activities.
• Participate in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
