Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Plover, WI is seeking a Shift Operations Manager to direct and coordinate utility operations under plant leadership.

You will oversee boiler operations, water and wastewater systems, HVAC, and safety/compliance while driving efficiency and cost objectives. The role requires strong leadership, 4-year degree in Agriculture or Business, and 3–5 years’ experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Agriculture or Business; 3–5 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, rotating day/night shift during pack season, and on-call situations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise utility employees to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant utility systems.
• Oversee boilers, compressed air, wastewater, water systems, HVAC, and related facility infrastructure.
• Monitor utility performance to support plant production.
• Coordinate utility operations during processing season and support maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
