Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by training team members on Papa John's quality standards.
• Ensure food safety certifications are up to date and restaurant stays clean and safe.
• Supervise shift leaders, in-store team members, and delivery drivers on assigned schedule.
• In GM's absence, run all restaurant operations and coach staff to meet performance expectations.
• Contribute to sales goals with prompt, friendly customer service and product knowledge.
