Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our Agricultural Ingredients manufacturing operations in Livingston, California. You will oversee all facility activities during your shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining product quality, safety, and team performance.

You will provide hands-on floor leadership, train and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance leadership to improve

• Ability to communicate effectively with production staff and management.
• Ability to supervise up to 40 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility activities during shifts to meet production targets.
• Maintain, enforce and support safety, quality, productivity and attendance policies.
• Train and develop shift employees to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Analyze operations and drive continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Production, Plant, Quality, and Maintenance leadership to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Provide hands-on floor leadership, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintain production presence.
• Ensure production areas are orderly, equipment is operational and products meet specs.
