Sensient Technologies is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor to lead Agricultural Ingredients manufacturing in Livingston, CA. You will oversee all shift activities, drive safety and quality, and ensure production targets are met while managing both operational and administrative duties.

This role requires hands-on floor leadership, staff development for up to 40 employees, and collaboration with Plant, Quality, Maintenance, and Production leadership to improve efficiency and product

• Oversee all site activities during shift to meet production targets.

• Collaborate with Production, Plant, Quality, and Maintenance leadership.
• Provide hands-on floor leadership and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure production areas are orderly and meet customer specs.
