Qualifications

• 6+ years of production or assembly experience preferred.
• White Belt certification or above.
• Expert knowledge of equipment with advanced troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify process/equipment issues affecting uptime and output.
• Cross-trained to most lines or processes on site.
• Proficient with basic math and measurement tools.
• Completes production logs and quality control documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned work area, line or cell, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Operate advanced machinery and inspect products as required.
• Act as safety leader for the work area and promote safe practices.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Support scrap reduction efforts and drive improvement.
• Provide training and cross-training for personnel.
• Provide break coverage when needed.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and manage work orders and materials.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
