McDonald's Medina, OH is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead crew scheduling, supervise daily operations, and ensure a smooth, guest-focused service during all shifts.

You will coach teammates, enforce food safety and cleanliness standards, respond quickly to issues, monitor inventory and profitability, and pursue learning and development opportunities to elevate the restaurant's performance.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules
