McDonald’s in New York is hiring for a Shift Manager in a franchisee-owned restaurant. This role focuses on leading the crew, coordinating schedules, and ensuring guest satisfaction with high standards of food safety and service.

You will mentor team members, drive profits and stay committed to training and development while working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits through the Archways program.
