Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group's Taco Bell in Albany, OR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide operational oversight during opening hours and directly supervise day-to-day restaurant activities.

The AGM will train staff, manage shifts, ensure cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service while maintaining cash controls and food safety, and will report to the restaurant manager and HR as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house and back areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Manage shifts and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Coach and develop team members; oversee onboarding.
• Monitor safety, report issues to manager/HR.
