Coborn's is hiring a Shift Manager in South Dakota to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations during the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.

You will handle receiving merchandise, stocking, building displays, greeting guests, and assisting customers on the salesfloor, while guiding team members to maintain smooth shift operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies, prepare products for floor merchandising, break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items they are searching for.
• Guide and direct team members throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations.
