Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations and provide leadership coverage when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable.

The role includes receiving merchandise, stocking, merchandising displays, and greeting guests on the sales floor. The Shift Manager will guide team members to ensure smooth shift operations, with a focus on customer service, efficiency, and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to supervise team during shifts and cover for store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Director.
• Receive merchandise according to policies and prepare products for floor merchandising.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and assist guests in locating items on the sales floor.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
