You will guide team members, greet guests, stock shelves, and build displays, while delivering a high standard of customer service and teamwork.

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures; prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Stock shelves, break down deliveries efficiently, and build displays with packaged products.
• Greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items they are looking for.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
