Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on each visit. You will provide leadership to Crew and other Managers to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a smooth shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
