Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
• Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goalsMonitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
