A leading gaming organization is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for Slot Operations. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and developing staff while navigating a busy casino environment. The Shift Manager-Slot is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the operations during their shift. This includes currency and ticket accountability, employee development, staffing and scheduling, and managing procedures and processes that support Slot Operations while maintaining high standards of player service. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and fostering positive employee morale.
The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans. First preference is given to Seminole Tribe members who meet job requirements; second to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
Final candidates must pass a background check, including credit and criminal checks, to obtain gaming licensure before employment offers are extended.
