Job summary

Scioto Services, a Marsden Services company, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily maintenance at client sites and directly supervise cleaning staff. You will coordinate activities, train employees, and ensure high standards of service. This role focuses on leadership, employee engagement, customer relations, growth, and safety.

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience working with a diverse population.

Job Skills/Requirements

The Shift Manager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of client sites, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning staff. Supervising and coordinating activities of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of the client sites.
