Job summary

Super Star Car Wash in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to serve as Manager-on-Duty, lead daily operations, oversee staffing, safety, service standards, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and develop teams, enforce brand and cleanliness standards, and rotate through leadership focus areas to build broad operational skills. This hands-on role offers clear growth into higher-level leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. What You'll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards

Coach and Develop Teams

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures

Rotational Leadership Focus Areas -

People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling, onboarding support, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and training compliance

Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training, coaching sales behaviors, certification support, and identifying development gaps

Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness, equipment readiness, preventive maintenance coordination, and lot organization

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
