Pathway to Leadership: Operations Lead Role

Foundational Training (First 90 Days)

All candidates begin in the Team Member role for their first 90 days to build a strong understanding of our culture, guest experience, and daily operations.

Evaluation & Advancement

After 90 days, your performance and leadership potential will be assessed to determine readiness for the Operations Lead Training Program.

This program equips you with in-depth knowledge of Front of House and Back of House operations, preparing you to lead effectively. The transition to an Operations Lead is based on competency and typically takes 6 to 12 months to complete.

This is a rigorous training process designed to develop high-caliber leaders who can lead both themselves and a team of 100+ . If you are seeking a quick promotion to a management role within 3 months, this may not be the right fit. We are looking for dedicated, growth-minded individuals who are ready to commit to a leadership journey built on excellence, teamwork, and long-term success.
