Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and inspire the team. You will supervise 3 to 30 employees per shift, control costs, ensure safety, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining pizza quality and speed.

You'll train staff, greet customers, cash out orders, and keep the restaurant clean and compliant with grooming standards. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Be a role model with punctuality, attitude, and dress standards.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products while following recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance in line with Grooming Standards.
