Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shift operations and set the tone for the team. You will supervise 3 to 30 staff, ensure service quality, handle cash and inventory, and maintain store standards with a positive, can-do attitude.

You’ll be responsible for all store operations during your shift, greet customers, take orders with a smile, prepare pizzas, and deliver friendly, efficient service while upholding grooming and safety standards.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while following recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Grooming Standards.
