Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Rincon, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a shift, uphold standards, and drive customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that rewards leadership, math accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.

You will manage 3–30 team members, supervise store operations, greet customers, take orders, handle cash, prepare food to standard recipes, and ensure a clean, professional environment daily, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have prior team leadership during shifts.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate products while following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Domino's Grooming Standards.
