Job summary

SONIC Drive-In (KBP Drive-In) is seeking a Shift Manager in Mount Juliet, TN. You will lead and support the team on shift, keep operations flowing, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant environment.

We value 18+ year olds with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided and advancement paths are clear.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shift team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure guests receive great service.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Support opportunities for career progression to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles.
