Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager in Tennessee to assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure quality food, cleanliness, and efficient service to create a positive guest experience.

You may also assist with hiring, training and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferably 6+ months of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner for a positive guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members to deliver moments of delightful possibility.
