Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Kingsport, TN. You’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the Sonic experience guests love, while growing as a leader in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and are capable of lifting and operating restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, maneuver in tight spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant shift and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver the Sonic experience and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards during all shifts.
