KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager for the Sonic Drive-In in Mount Juliet, TN. You will lead and support the team on each shift, ensure smooth operations, and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced restaurant.

If you have at least one year in a supervisory role in food service or retail and are 18+, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.
