Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, marketing, store cleanliness and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Coordinate transportation to/from work and maintain perfect image and adherence to standards.
