• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain a clean, orderly store.
• Follow policies and procedures 100% of the time and set a positive example for the crew.
