Qualifications

• You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• This includes all cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• You must set an example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect your crew to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Communication skills are required for customer interactions.
• Operate all equipment during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Stock ingredients to ensure availability for service.
• Prepare product according to standards and recipes.
• Receive and process phone orders accurately and promptly.
• Take inventory to maintain stock levels and detect discrepancies.
• Complete paperwork related to shift activities and end-of-shift reports.
• Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Participate in training and orientation for new policies and procedures.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing during shifts.
