Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager responsible for leading the shift and exemplifying policy adherence. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will also manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, store presentation, and overall profitability while maintaining excellent customer service and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• In addition: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
