Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew on the front lines, uphold standards, and ensure guests leave with a great experience.

Wage starts at $15.00 per hour plus tips, with both day and night shifts available, and full- or part-time options. A friendly, family-oriented culture and opportunities to advance are offered at this location.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with health, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, ADA and related laws
• Ensure knowledge and enforcement of Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
• Helps drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to maintain superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
• Assist the GM in coordinating current operations game plans and company initiatives
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees under the GM
• Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule
• Actively participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times
• Communicate issues to the GM and HQ Office Personnel
• Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time
• Willing to accept and complete any other duties assigned by GM
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Ensures the profitability of the business by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture and mission and vision statements.
• Assists the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees under the guidance of the GM.
• Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.

Wages:
