Job summary

Lookout Tavern in Phoenix is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager / Keyholder to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and safeguard assets during night and day shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, strong leadership, and superb communication.

You will handle opening/closing, cash, scheduling, and health & safety compliance, with growth potential including our upcoming Peoria concept.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Proficient with cash handling and inventory control.
• Experience with restaurant management software.

Responsibilities
