Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.

• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to pass on information.
• Help departments meet their goals during shifts.
