Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Honolulu seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, guide crew, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will oversee shifts, monitor performance, and help meet targets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

Both part-time and full-time positions start at competitive hourly rates. Prior leadership in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred; applicants must be 18+ and ready to work a fast-paced team-friendly

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in fast-paced teams.
• Experience leading shifts and coordinating crew during busy periods.
• Customer-facing roles with emphasis on accuracy, speed and friendly service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Guide crew and other managers to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor shift performance, safety, security, and profitability, and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
• Help meet department goals and drive efficient, well-staffed shifts.
