Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation and its franchise restaurants seek a Shift Manager to lead a crew and fellow managers, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service that meets McDonald’s standards.

You will plan each shift, monitor performance, manage food safety and inventory, scheduling, and training, and help the team deliver quality food and a safe, welcoming customer experience. Previous leadership experience is preferred, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar environment.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage a crew to meet standards.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, guiding crew and other managers to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust shift operations to meet quality, service and cleanliness targets.
