Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service and food quality in alignment with Dairy Queen brand guidelines.

You will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, supervise team members, and help implement store policies while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and the role requires reliability and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each guest's visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
