Dairy Queen in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager delivers quality customer service and food products while upholding standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.

You will learn management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager and help supervise daily operations, train staff, and ensure a clean, friendly dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
