Previous leadership in food service is preferred; must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.

• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for continuity.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments.
• Oversee food safety and quality production.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and scheduling.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
