You’ll plan for each shift, monitor performance, coach crew and other managers, manage food safety, inventory, and scheduling, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality
• Experience leading shifts and teams
• Ability to uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
• Monitor safety, security, profitability and performance
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets for shifts and department goals
