McDonald’s restaurant in Spartanburg, SC, owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts weekly. You will supervise crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, safety, and a clean, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, meeting standards, controlling safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experience.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet standards.
• Maintain safety, security, profitability, and cleanliness on shift.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Oversee food safety, quality, internal communication, and training.
