Job summary

McDonald’s franchise-operated restaurant in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive excellent customer experiences. You will supervise the crew, plan each shift, and ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

We prefer candidates with prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a passion for a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage crew and other managers.
• Commitment to McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability; communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Assist Departments to meet their goals during shifts.
