Flynn Arby's is hiring a Shift Manager to join our team. The role leads daily operations, oversees food prep, service, and cleanliness, and drives sales while upholding quality standards.

We seek a candidate with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in food/hospitality, who can train staff, communicate effectively, and manage in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food/hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures
