The role focuses on coaching, safety, inventory, and daily operations in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
• Plan for each shift and communicate next shift requirements
• Meet targets for shifts and department goals
• Coordinate food safety, inventory, maintenance, and scheduling
• Train and develop staff to improve performance
• Maintain effective internal communications
• Support a positive, energetic team environment
