McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead restaurant teams, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You’ll oversee shifts, coordinate with crew, monitor performance and safety, and strive to meet targets in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred and candidates must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred.
• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and McDonald’s standards.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned or franchisee restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments reach goals.
• Engage in safety, security and profitability practices.
