Job summary

McDonald’s supports a Shift Manager role at a franchisee-operated restaurant in Fredericktown, MO. Lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and uphold McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

You will plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to keep service smooth. Prior leadership in hospitality is preferred; you must be 18+ to manage.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Shift Manager leads shifts, supervising crew and other managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help Departments reach their goals.
