Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Able to lead a team and manage multiple tasks during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
• Plan each shift, communicate expectations, and help departments hit their goals.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and daily maintenance to ensure quality food production.
• Foster exceptional customer service and maintain clean, safe restaurant operations.
