McDonald’s Franchisee in Ohio is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. You will handle food safety, training, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance while upholding high standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met and maintained.
• Maintain Internal Communication with team and supervisors.
• Oversee Inventory Management and daily stock checks.
• Handle Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness tasks.
• Manage Crew scheduling and staffing levels.
• Ensure Quality Food Production and consistent product standards.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service at all times.
• Address Safety and Security concerns and report incidents.
• Coordinate Training for new and existing team members.
