Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a talented Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced, cook-to-order environment and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership.

You will be trained on all restaurant stations, from register to grill, and help maintain cleanliness and quality standards while supporting a cooperative team culture. A strong leadership background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus.
• Must complete ServSafe certification and manager certification.
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and ensure guest satisfaction through leadership.
