Flynn Arby's is hiring a shift manager to lead daily operations at our Loveland, Colorado location. You will oversee food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness while guiding a team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

This role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures
