Job summary

Flynn Arby's is hiring a Shift Manager in Colorado to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage food prep, service standards, and cleanliness while driving sales and controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory food/hospitality role, strong leadership and communication abilities, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.

• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
